- Brad is the Executive Director of NEFLIN, a multitype library cooperative serving over 500 libraries in northeast Florida. Brad earned his undergraduate degree at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and his M.L.S. degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He has been working in various library cooperatives for the past twenty years.
